Service Request Functions Drop-Down List Fields

The functions drop-down list located on the service request toolbar provides the user with more functionality within the service request.

  • Callers: Click to track or edit any caller information.
  • Labor: Click to add any labor.
  • Attachments: Click to attach images, work documents, etc.
  • Documents: Click to connect to third-party document management systems.
  • Audit Log: Click to view an audit log, which tracks all edits made to the service request.
  • SecurityClick to view and edit service request security. This is only available to administrators.
