Service Request Functions Drop-Down List Fields

The functions drop-down list located on the service request toolbar provides the user with more functionality within the service request.

Callers: Click to track or edit any caller information.
Labor: Click to add any labor.
Attachments: Click to attach images, work documents, etc.
Documents: Click to connect to third-party document management systems.
Audit Log: Click to view an audit log, which tracks all edits made to the service request.
Security: Click to view and edit service request security. This is only available to administrators.
