Service Request Caller Information Panel Fields

Click Callers from the functions drop-down list on the service request toolbar to view and edit caller information associated with the service request. Many of these fields are defined in Caller Information Tab Fields.

  • Onsite?/Date: Select if the address is the site of the service request. The date is automatically populated if this is selected.
  • Callback?/Date: Select if a call back is needed. The date is automatically populated if this is selected.
  • Problem Details: Enter information about the problem.
