Service Request Toolbar Fields

The following fields are found on the service request toolbar.

  • Request: Click to return to the service request.
  • Functions: Click to view more functionality.
  • Callers: Click to track or edit any caller information. See Callers for more information.
  • Labor: Click to add any labor. See Add Labor for more information.
  • Documents: Click to connect to third-party document management systems. See Connect to a Third-Party Document Management System for more information.
  • Audit Log: Click to view an audit log, which tracks all edits made to the service request. See View the Audit Log for more information.
  • Security: Click to view and edit service request security. This is only available to administrators. See Security for more information.
  • Email: Click to email the service request.
  • Print: Click to print the service request.
  • Save: Click to save any changes made to the service request.
  • New: Click to create a new service request.
  • Close: Click to close the service request.
  • Delete: Click to delete a service request.
  • Geocode incident address: Click to geocode the address. This populates the X and Y fields.
  • View work history located near this service request: Click to view work history of assets near the service request. See View Work History Summary for more information.
  • Reopen work activity: Click to re-open a closed service request.
