Create a PLL Case

PLL cases can be created from a work order. When a PLL case is created from a work order, the work order's X and Y values are copied to the case. This is only available to PLL users.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Any required category custom fields must be populated.
  • Users must be assigned a Default Organization and Security Role within PLL Admin. See Add an Organization and Add a Security Role in the PLL Admin for 15.8 Guide for more information.
  1. Open a work order.
  2. Select a case from the Permits section of the Related Work Activities panel.
  3. Click Create.

The PLL case is displayed in the Permits section. Click the Id to view the case.
