1. Select the record(s) and click Edit record on the Condition panel.

 

The Edit Condition panel opens.

NOTE: If you selected more than one condition, you can switch between the conditions by selecting the one you want to view on the left-hand side of the panel, or by using the arrows at the bottom of the panel.

2. Click the Lookup icon to select an employee for the Completed By field.
3. Select the option button next to the person who completed the condition.
4. Click Submit.

5. Double-click in the date field to enter the current date or use the calendar icon to select the Date Completed.
6. Click Save.

The completion date displays in the Completed column on the Condition panel.

NOTE: Once a condition has been completed, the condition cannot be edited.

1. Select the record(s) and click Complete in the upper-right corner of the Condition panel.

The Completed By field automatically populates with the user's login ID. This may be changed by deleting the login in the field, and clicking the Lookup icon to select a different employee.

The Date field automatically populates with the current date, but can be changed using the calendar icon.

2. Click Save.

The completion date displays in the Completed column on the Condition panel.

NOTE: Once a condition has been completed, the condition cannot be edited.
