Change the Marker Symbol

There are two different ways to change the marker symbol.

  1. Select the desired event layer in the Event Layers panel and click Edit.
  2. Click Symbol in the Event Layer Configuration panel.

  1. Edit the information as desired. See Event Layer Configuration Fields for more information.
  2. Click Save.
  1. Select the desired event layer in the Event Layers panel and click Edit.
  2. Click Image (point data) in the Event Layer Configuration panel.

  1. Select an image.
  2. Click Save to save the symbol, or Clear to pick a different one.

NOTE: The domain administrator can enable Esri's custom image symbols for event layers. See Enable Custom Image Symbology for Event Layers in Cityworks Server on MyCityworks.
